Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist to join our Queens, NY office. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the firm’s brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, oversee campaign performance, manage client communications, and collaborate across departments to ensure marketing objectives align with the firm’s overall goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing client and performance data, and implementing creative strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
• Proven experience in market research, digital marketing, or sales
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute effective marketing strategies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the legal or professional services industry (a plus)
• Proficiency with marketing software, CRM tools, and data analytics platforms
