Join to apply for the Social Media Manager role at Great HealthWorks Responsibilities The Social Media Manager will manage the day‑to‑day scheduling, messaging, and monitoring for assigned brands and social channels. Collaborate closely with brand management, graphics, producers, and influencer managers to craft compelling organic social content for platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligning with the overarching brand strategy. Capture and create social media content and perform basic social editing. Craft compelling copy that aligns with the brand persona and encourages engagement. Create and manage social content calendars to support the department’s overarching marketing and assigned brand’s calendar. Ensure that content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms. Use social listening tools to insert the brand into relevant trending conversations in the industry. Produce monthly social reporting on content performance and brand sentiment. Demonstrated success in digital or social media strategy, translating brand marketing messages into engaging content. Experience collaborating closely with brand management and digital teams to optimize content for brand awareness and engagement. Experience with planning, management, execution, and performance reporting on social platforms. Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently on projects.
