Position Summary: The Digital Marketing associate role supports the Digital Marketing channel of 4 brands across multiple platforms to align with and drive cross-channel initiatives with Digital, Marketing, PR, Retail, Salons for all product brands. Position is responsible for advocating the brand on social networks. This person will envelop the social persona of our brands, and actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate our brands. The Digital Marketing associate works for and boosts awareness for those 4 brands. In this pivotal role, you will act as the voice of the company on social media and digital, projecting the brand and connecting with current and future consumers. Essential Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective annual online marketing plan (social media, ecommerce, CRM...) and integrate with offline campaigns. Develop online advertising strategy to drive brand awareness. Develop seasonal planning calendars for digital initiatives that support the business objectives in order to grow awareness, engagement and acquisition of new consumers. Lead day-to-day execution of all digital campaigns to reach yearly revenue objectives. Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop Social Media content and Email Marketing calendar. This includes coordinating the daily schedule of Social Media/Digital and Email Marketing content to be posted across multiple platforms to align with and drive cross-channel initiatives with Digital, Marketing, PR, Retail and Salons. Work with other members of the company to create -> execute -> analyze cross-platform Social Media and Email Marketing Giveaway(s), Promotions, Sales and Events. Coordinate the day-to-day activities related to Social Media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of Social Media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands' Social Media platforms and reputation management. Write and follow up email sends, reaching prospects and communicating with existing customers; track email performance relative to established channel sales targets and revise the calendar and send plans accordingly. Connect with followers via quality content and copy as well as strategic community engagement. Be the community manager for all 4 brands. Identify and engage bloggers, other influencers, and brand advocates to build loyalty and affinity to further enhance brand communication to unconverted consumers. Influencer campaigns planning and execution. Communicate with influencers and amplifiers to foster collaborations (paid and non-paid) that grow and expand the brand’s reach. Facilitate subscribers/list and followers growth strategies as defined by the Director of Marketing. Monitor program elements to continuously improve KPIs: Cost Per Acquisition, Open Rates, Clickthrough Rates and Unsubscribe Rates. Collaborating with Graphic Design to produce content. Travel as needed. E-Commerce Related Responsibilities E-commerce Management: traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting. Management and execution working closely with developers to improve website speed, navigation, user experience and performance. Management and implementation of new CRM initiatives for US E-commerce. Manage paid media team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition. Design and Oversee the look and feel of the company across online channels. Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development. Analyze data available and report on performance on weekly bases. Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance. Other projects as directed by the needs of the department. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce (beauty or consumer goods industry preferred) Solid understanding of social media platforms, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRM systems Experience with e-commerce management (preferably Shopify), website optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for brand voice and aesthetics Proven ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Self-motivated, creative, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities Willingness to travel occasionally for events, meetings, or brand activations Position may be remote at first, but someone who is in the area will be required to come to the Pompano office 1-2x per week or as required for meetings.
