The Integrated Communications team helps drive positive sentiment and develop the World protocol community, overseeing earned and owned communications, community engagement, media, and content creation.

About The Role

As the PR Manager, Ecosystem and Product Communications, you’ll shape how the organization shows up for critical audiences: press, key opinion leaders, builders, partners, and community. You’ll surface innovations, amplify stories, and create programs that build technical trust and enthusiasm around the World protocol. You will drive awareness of the innovative work developers and partners are doing to support the World protocol, and support broader product communications initiatives. You will work cross-functionally, in a global capacity, with product, market operations, legal and marketing teams at Tools for Humanity to drive positive sentiment through earned and owned media.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop an understanding of World Network, its markets, and its key audiences; craft and execute high-impact communications strategies that spotlight the World ecosystem, with a focus on developers
  • Work with engineering, product, and ecosystem teams to identify stories of developer innovation, and produce materials such as launch announcements, technical deep dives, how-to articles, and success stories
  • Lead the development and execution of workshops, templates and other resources for partner and developer communications and marketing departments
  • Collaborate with partners and developers to craft compelling communications strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with tech media and reporters at mainstream and web3 publications
  • Grow relationships across platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, tech YouTube channels, and industry podcasts/newsletters
  • Support broader product communications initiatives

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5+ years of experience developing and executing developer relations and partnership strategies
  • Exceptional writing and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter and independent thinker who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Strong grasp of emerging media platforms with proven experience engaging content creators, influencers, and cultural tastemakers
  • Experience staffing and coordinating photo and video shoots, including executive and on-site production support
  • Creative thinking with ability to thrive under pressure and in crisis situations
  • Passion for the Web3/Crypto community and willingness to travel for work

Pay Transparency Statement (for CA And NY Based Roles)

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $180,000 - $225,000, plus a competitive long-term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
