BMG specializes in live multicamera news, sports, entertainment, and corporate broadcast productions, and operates a Network Operations Center with a fleet of REMI mobile units. Essential Functions Install broadcast systems for live, multi?camera production environments and events. Use various broadcast equipment and connectors; terminate, label, and test video, audio, control, and network wires from a wire list. Prepare and install broadcast and network equipment in equipment racks and production consoles using proper hardware and racking methods. Pull cables between sub?systems and rooms. Adhere to approved broadcast installation standards and techniques. Read and understand wiring drawings, and wire equipment according to company policies and standards for quality and neatness. Assist with the installation and repair of machinery and electronic equipment. Track all equipment and supplies. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment (a plus if you own your own tools). Ability to handle physical workload. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work well with different teams.
