We are seeking an experienced
Field Marketing Manager
to develop and execute
scalable marketing programs
that support regional field initiatives and drive
lead and pipeline generation . The ideal candidate will bring strong
program management ,
cross-functional collaboration , and
execution skills , with a proven ability to streamline marketing operations and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and manage
scalable field marketing programs
to support regional growth.
Centralize and streamline
the execution of marketing programs run by cross-functional teams.
Develop and implement
program kits
that include best practices, templates, and deliverables for repeatable success.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure
accountability ,
timely execution , and
program feedback .
Own and manage
core programs
that contribute to
lead generation
and
pipeline development .
Create and maintain
program enablement assets
and documentation.
Track, measure, and report program outcomes using
metrics-driven insights .
Required Skills
5+ years of experience
in
field marketing , with at least
3 years managing events
or similar programs.
Proven success executing
field programs
such as webinars, events, sponsorships, and campaigns.
Strong
organizational
and
project management
skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent
cross-functional collaboration
and communication skills.
Ability to work
independently
and take ownership of program deliverables.
Highly
metrics-driven
with experience using reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
Tableau ,
Salesforce (SFDC) ,
Asana , or
Swoogo .
Background in
high-growth tech environments
or
startup marketing operations .
Strong understanding of
field marketing strategy ,
pipeline development , and
event enablement .
Ability to develop
scalable processes
and streamline workflows across teams.
Based in
Arlington, VA
(remote-friendly within the U.S.).
