The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing web, digital, email, and broader marketing campaigns. As a key member of the Marketing Team, this role collaborates closely with other members of the Marketing Team to shape and implement strategic initiatives that drive brand growth. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking, translating insights into innovative, results-driven marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives across channels.
Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and customer journeys, optimizing engagement and driving results.
Maintain and update website content, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure smooth user experience through testing.
Support digital advertising efforts by creating ad content and reviewing campaign performance with external agency.
Analyze campaign and channel performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Proactively gather internal and external stakeholder sentiment to improve digital experiences.
Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches and strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience in prior marketing role
Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channel's function
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM and CRM
Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce
Experience with digital marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc)
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred experience in the luxury industry
Compensation:
$70,000 per year
