Position Summary The Ecommerce & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and growing Her 2nd Chance’s online presence across retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) channels. This role combines creative marketing with data‑driven ecommerce strategy to increase visibility, sales, and brand impact. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with strong graphic design skills and a passion for mission‑driven work.
You will oversee the organization’s Shopify websites, digital marketing campaigns, and online customer experience while ensuring alignment with H2C’s mission, messaging, and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Operations
Manage and maintain two Shopify websites: retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B).
Oversee product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, inventory, and collections.
Design and update homepage banners, promotional visuals, and product imagery.
Optimize site performance and user experience for desktop and mobile users.
Integrate and maintain ecommerce sales channels (Facebook Shop, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with the Operations Team to align product availability and fulfillment timelines.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal collections, and cause‑based storytelling.
Design digital marketing assets including graphics for web, email, and social media.
Coordinate with the Social Media Coordinator to align organic and paid content calendars.
Write or edit marketing copy that reflects the brand voice and highlights the mission behind each product.
Manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart flows, etc.).
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
SEO, Analytics & Reporting
Develop and implement SEO strategies (keywords, meta descriptions, backlinks, etc.) to increase site visibility.
Track ecommerce KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and average order value using Google Analytics and Shopify reports.
Analyze data and create monthly reports summarizing ecommerce and marketing performance.
Recommend strategies to improve sales funnels, user engagement, and ROI on digital campaigns.
Advertising & Promotions
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest).
Create and test creative assets for ads and promotional banners.
Manage ad budgets, monitor ROI, and adjust campaigns based on performance.
Coordinate product features, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Ecommerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and paid ad management.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Creative thinker who can blend storytelling with data‑driven marketing.
Passion for social impact and supporting women in recovery.
