About the Role
Bravo has built of of the most ambitious marketing platforms in private real estate finance. We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing & GTM to lead that effort, combining creativity, analytics, and technology to drive measurable growth and market visibility.
This is a leadership role with real scope. You will define how Bravo engages the market across digital, social, and experiential channels, using data, automation, and AI to scale that impact. The goal is not just awareness but influence, positioning Bravo as a forward thinking and performance driven financial brand.
Bravo is an established and award winning lender with more than 1.8 billion dollars in financings since 2021. Our marketing ambitions match the sophistication of our business. We aim to set a new standard for how modern financial firms communicate and compete.

What You Will Do
Lead Bravo’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and content platforms
Build data driven campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, SEM, and programmatic media
Integrate AI and automation tools to improve targeting, content creation, and performance tracking
Oversee web, analytics, and CRM systems to create a modern, conversion focused marketing engine
Produce high quality content that reflects Bravo’s expertise and point of view
Manage events, media relations, and partnerships that strengthen Bravo’s brand presence
Define and track marketing metrics, presenting insights directly to senior leadership
Build and mentor a high performing marketing team as the function expands
Who You Are You are an experienced marketing leader who builds systems that work. You think strategically and execute precisely. You are fluent in digital tools, comfortable with analytics, and deeply interested in how technology is changing marketing. You take pride in producing work that is both creative and credible, and you care about results.
Qualifications
Seven to twelve years of marketing experience in finance, real estate, or a related field
Proven success leading digital and performance marketing initiatives
Experience with CRM, analytics, and automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with institutional polish
Strong analytical and project management skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience leading integrated marketing functions across brand, digital, and content
Compensation Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and full benefits package.
