We are looking for talented Sales Consultants to help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer‑focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, you will conduct in‑home consultations, provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for homeowners’ replacement projects.

Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. Own appointments, convert qualified leads into sales, and self‑manage time to meet deadlines, quotas, and customer requirements.

Follow Renewal Sales processes through to completion, building relationships, instilling confidence, sharing information, and meeting commitments. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain thorough documentation.

Use Renewal selling tools effectively. Communicate clearly, listen actively, and maintain a thorough knowledge of Renewal offerings.

Complete all Renewal training, pre‑class studies, and formal class sessions.

Assess window needs, record accurate measurements, and translate measurements into a visual layout and scope of work.

Present a professional Renewal appearance and image to the customer.

Arrive at sales appointments prepared and on time.

Fulfill the role of a team member to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

Minimum of one year selling experience.

One to two years customer service experience.

Computer skills are required.

Must be 21 years of age.

Ability for frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, and climbing stairs.

Ability for occasional reaching from floor to at or above shoulder level.

Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces.

Ability to drive a personal vehicle and possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.

Paid training: $25 per hour for the 10‑week training period. Compensation thereafter is 100% commission‑based (no base salary, hourly wage, or draw). Pay is based on factors such as experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $200,000 and $250,000 per year.

In 2025 Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
