Team Description Neuralink’s Special Operations group serves as a cross‑functional thought and execution partner that provides operational support to solve problems at the company that otherwise have no clear owner. The team performs research and analysis to inform business decisions, coordinates internal and external communications, and manages projects to ensure delivery across time‑sensitive and long‑term initiatives on the company’s critical path.
Job Description and Responsibilities As a Content Producer, you will be a visual storyteller playing a critical role in inspiring and informing audiences internal and external to Neuralink. You will conceptualize, capture, and produce video and photography, along with accompanying graphics and copy, to tell Neuralink’s story across multiple platforms, including web, social, events, and presentations.
Actively track significant events and put plans in place to capture supporting content
Produce and shoot both video and photos with some post‑production editing
Conceptualize and develop graphics and copy to accompany the release of video and photo assets
Interface directly with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, clinical) to identify priority projects and ensure the most innovative and effective creative elements are captured
Provide clear communication of project statuses to relevant stakeholders
Create, organize, and archive assets
Clean and maintain camera gear and equipment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on filming, production, and some editing experience for a corporation, creative agency, film, television, or other fast‑paced commercial environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in video and still camera operation, lighting, direction, production coordination, and post‑production
Experience using video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Proven ability to identify the most compelling aspects of a story and find new storytelling opportunities
Ability to work independently, yet also collaborate across all areas of the company to ensure the highest quality videos and photos
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure
Ability to collaborate with or manage external videography, photography, or event production teams
Knowledge of technical production basics for webcasts
Understanding of archival sciences and an interest in growing the company’s photo and video archival system
Ability to work quickly while upholding a high standard of excellence
Demonstrated experience working in a multi‑project design/production environment, and eager to meet and exceed objectives
Strong journalistic instincts, outstanding interpersonal communication skills, and a “can‑do” attitude
Exceptional organizational skills
Additional Requirements and Competencies
Willingness to travel
Expected Compensation The anticipated base salary for this position is expected to be within the following range:
$102,000—$190,000 USD . Your actual base pay will be determined by your job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, Neuralink offers equity compensation (in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSU)) for all full‑time employees.
