Create polished visual storytelling deliverables—including infographics, videos, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Apply ADKAR change management principles to craft communications that drive adoption and engagement.
Produce flawless written content that translates ambiguity into clear, actionable strategies.
Build subject‑matter expertise quickly on new or complex topics to produce compelling communications.
Design and deliver brand‑aligned newsletters, intranet pages, and digital content that inspire action.
Use data and feedback to refine work and demonstrate impact.
Build trust through collaboration while contributing directly to projects.
Provide examples of your best work in visual, digital, and written formats with applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to create clarity, simplify messages and align with organizational strategy.
Knowledge of communication channels and ability to build effective engagement strategies.
Self‑starter who independently identifies opportunities, solves challenges, and delivers impactful results.
Initiative to embrace change, critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Adaptable, ethical, and professional with integrity and transparency.
Strong teamwork, collaborative spirit, and ability to inspire trust and confidence.
Compensation Salary range: $86,278.40 - $129,480.00 per year. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship.
Schedule Full time, 80 hours per week. Work hours typically 7 am–5 pm CT, flexible to meet employee and team needs. On‑site up to 25% required in a Mayo Clinic Destination Medical Center location within driving distance.
