About The Role
Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Reservations & Communications (ResComm) Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an opportunity to be part of our award-winning team, while beginning your career with the world\'s leading luxury hotel company. The role is based at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach (PBF) and reports to the Senior Director of Reservations. The ability to travel and work on-site at other South Florida properties as required with notice is essential.
What You Will Do
The position is responsible for generating room reservations, restaurant reservations, spa reservations and other revenue-generating activities by coaching and counseling an experienced team of Guest Experience Sales Specialists to increase conversation rates and close new business while delivering a superior guest experience. Responsibilities will include talent leadership and development, quality assurance, call and email conversion, maintaining global standards and working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Worldwide Reservations Office.
What You Bring
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial role within the Reservations Department or Rooms Division, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train the Reservations Team to meet and exceed revenue targets, while upholding brand standards and Forbes 5-Star service expectations.
Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations including VIP reservations, return guest preferences, and handling of special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Training & Upselling: Ensure all team members are well-versed in hotel services, room categories, and upselling techniques to optimize both revenue and guest satisfaction.
Composure & Efficiency: Demonstrate the ability to remain composed under pressure, effectively prioritize tasks, and maintain precision in high-volume environments.
Guest-Centric Approach: Exhibit a strong commitment to exceptional guest service, ensuring each reservation inquiry is managed with accuracy, care, and professionalism.

This is a full time position. Must be flexible and able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
