creative and motivated Designer
to join our team for an exciting new
project . This is a unique opportunity to help
launch a brand
from the ground up. The Designer will support the concept, design, and development process, bringing fresh ideas to market while ensuring each style is trend-right, brand-appropriate, and performance-driven. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in women’s activewear design who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to be part of building something new. Key Responsibilities
Design & Development Contribute to the design of seasonal activewear collections from concept to final sample. Create sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs to communicate design intent clearly. Research fabrics, trims, finishes, and innovations in performance wear. Ensure designs balance style, function, and commercial viability. Collaboration Work closely with the
Design Director and Senior Merchant
to ensure alignment on design vision, brand positioning, and merchandising strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams including buying, product development, and technical design to ensure alignment and timely execution. Execution Ensure all design work adheres to seasonal calendars and deadlines. Review samples and make fit, fabric, and construction adjustments as needed. Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years
of professional experience in women’s apparel design, ideally with activewear, performance wear, or athleisure. Degree in
Fashion Design, Apparel, or related field
(or equivalent professional experience). Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD design tools . Strong ability to create and update
tech packs
with accurate details. Solid understanding of
garment construction, fit, and fabrications
(especially performance fabrics). Experience collaborating cross-functionally with
production, technical design, and merchandising
teams. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
technical performance fabrics, construction methods, and finishing techniques
specific to activewear. Familiarity with
new and innovative materials
in the activewear/performance space. Knowledge of
contemporary fashion and lifestyle trends
that influence activewear. Candidates must submit a portfolio or work samples to be considered. A design assessment may be assigned. A successful candidate is hardworking, versatile, and collaborative. At REVOLVE, we value individuals who take initiative, adapt quickly, and work well across teams to achieve shared goals.
