We partner with Fortune 500 brands, leading creators, and emerging ventures to deliver campaigns that drive real impact. Our divisions span influencer marketing, social media marketing, venture building, and talent management—and we’re expanding rapidly.

Role Overview We’re seeking a socially savvy, trend-driven Social Media Coordinator to support the Senior Social Media Manager across day-to-day initiatives for our client brand accounts. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proactive—comfortable concepting, producing, and publishing content while also reporting on performance, managing communities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’re punctual, trustworthy, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the evolving social landscape. This role reports directly to the Senior Social Media Manager and works closely with the broader marketing team to execute high-impact, platform-native strategies for multiple clients. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic and creative environment.

What You’ll Do: Content Management & Content Creation

Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging content for social channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice, aesthetic, and timelines.

Manage production logistics including product selection, shipping, location scouting, prop sourcing, and coordination with talent or vendors.

Write copy for social posts, including captions, on-asset text, and other creative messaging.

Attend brand activations, campaign shoots, and in-person events to capture real-time content.

Support the Senior Social Media Manager with content planning, cross-team coordination, and UGC creator management.

Maintain and organize an internal asset library (photos, videos, b-roll, and other creative content).

Publishing & Community Management

Schedule and publish content according to the editorial calendar, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor social channels daily to maintain community engagement, quality control, and brand integrity.

Lead and execute giveaways, “Surprise & Delight” moments, and other engagement-driven initiatives.

Engage directly with followers and fans on behalf of client brand accounts to nurture existing communities, while proactively interacting with new audiences to broaden brand presence.

Keep community management and engagement trackers up to date.

Collaborate with the Senior Social Media Manager on editorial planning, KPIs, and content approvals.

Reporting, Trends & Optimization

Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify insights and optimization opportunities.

Share learnings and recommendations to improve future strategies.

Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify engagement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation—preferably in B2C or DTC industries (bonus: agency experience).

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a passion for culture and emerging digital behaviors.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills; comfortable joining client calls and collaborative discussions.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, motivated, and collaborative mindset—someone who thrives in a creative team and embraces a “no task is too small” attitude.

Nice to have: Based in Los Angeles or Orange County (role is fully remote).

Compensation:

$50,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience and location.
