Assist the Marketing Department with administrative tasks, organize events, handle inquiries (telephone, walk-in, inbound mail), and assist with resident move-ins as needed. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s products and services to effectively represent the property to referral sources and prospects. Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure readiness for daily tours; give tours as a backup to the Marketing Department. Handle inbound inquiries (call, walk-in, mail): complete inquiry cards, maintain ups list, enter data into the marketing database, and follow up as directed. Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process as needed. Plan and manage all marketing events within the approved budget; actively participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source events. Serve as a liaison for residents and families; ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Follow a new move-in checklist completely and accurately. Qualifications
Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to change; able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Ability to process information and follow written or oral instructions; strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and respond to problems; capable of performing moderately complex math. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Ability to obtain and maintain valid first aid certification. Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening (including physical and TB tests). May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE in line with regulatory guidelines.
