Overview
Summary The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and Associate Art Directors on marketing campaigns, web and social content, and other initiatives across the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium, and Miami Open. A qualified candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of deliverables such as collateral material, environmental graphics, corporate identity, and web interfaces, social posts, from concept to completion. Location

Responsibilities
Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization, including marketing materials, logos, signage, posters, installations, promotional items, advertising, social content, and web/mobile elements.
Coordinate with the Creative Director and Project Managers to ensure design projects communicate the desired message quickly and efficiently.
Take responsibility for the creative process on assigned projects, including inter-departmental communication, problem solving, and understanding business initiatives.
Provide creative input, ideas, and concepts for marketing and brand development.
Support collaborative efforts within the creative department.
Identify fresh opportunities to promote the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami GP, Miami Open, and Hard Rock Stadium brands.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or corporate environment
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline
Extensive knowledge of current design practices, print production, and signage design
Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Proficiency in Lightroom, Outlook, and Microsoft Office on OS platform
Experience with sports, entertainment, and/or lifestyle brands preferred
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication with Project Managers regarding design progress and deadlines
Independent and cross-functional team collaboration skills
Understanding of the role graphic design plays in marketing and sales
A portfolio that showcases your creative thinking and craft
