What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage end-to-end event, webinar, and client engagement program planning to strengthen renewals and generate leads

Assess and interpret business needs and requirements for effective program execution

Develop, streamline, and create best practices, processes, and reporting in alignment with business goals

Oversee complex budgets to meet financial obligations while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience

Collaborate with key stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team to drive the success of events

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of project/event management or marketing experience within a matrix organization

5+ years of experience in a deadline-driven environment

5+ years of experience in communications and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders

5+ years of experience in meeting sales promotion/marketing targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) Certification

Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry event and tradeshow landscape
