Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Spanish-speaking Digital Marketing Manager to join our higher education company. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic paid campaigns to promote our educational programs, drive student enrolment, and enhance brand visibility. Your expertise in Google/Meta advertising and data analysis will contribute to the success of our digital marketing initiatives and student recruitment efforts. Responsibilities

Develop and implement PPC strategies for student recruitment: create and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns that target prospective students, promote our programs, and drive quality leads. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and refine targeting. Manage PPC campaigns and budgets: set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social channels. Monitor budget allocations, bid strategies, and ad performance to maximize ROI and enrolment targets. Conduct keyword research and ad copywriting: identify relevant high-converting keywords and craft compelling ad copy aligned with our brand voice and value proposition. Monitor and analyse campaign performance: track metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS; use analytics to optimize campaigns and increase enrolment. Landing page optimization: collaborate with marketing and web development to improve landing pages for PPC campaigns and boost conversions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC and higher education marketing; propose innovative strategies. Create and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram with audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, retargeting, creative testing, and conversion tracking. Audience targeting: build and manage custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based and behavioural segmentation. Ad creative management: work with design/content teams to develop and test ad creatives (images, videos, carousels, reels). Optimization & scaling: monitor performance, adjust bids/budgets/placements, and scale winning campaigns for ROI. Retargeting & funnels: nurture leads through the funnel from awareness to conversion. Analytics & reporting: track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and provide weekly/monthly performance insights. Compliance & best practices: ensure campaigns follow Meta’s policies and stay updated with platform changes. Your Profile

Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and spoken communication. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as paid marketing manager or similar role, preferably in higher education. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and LinkedIn ads. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization techniques. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
