Paid Media Manager - Digital Advertising | Summit Healthcare Mgmt | Franklin, Tennessee
About the Job The Paid Media Manager is focused on managing a multi-million-dollar advertising budget across digital advertising and traditional media. They will play a crucial role in expanding business opportunities for our facilities nationwide.
Roles and Responsibilities Essential Functions
Manages the implementation of the strategy, plans, and tactics required to create advertising concepts and campaigns on multiple advertising platforms with an emphasis on digital advertising (including Google Ads). Campaigns must deliver results and meet organizational objectives.
Creates ad and landing page copy for paid search marketing, alone or in conjunction with the content team.
Controls the budget, expenditures, resource allocation, and project timelines for all advertising campaigns.
Plans, negotiates, and purchases ad space in newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, billboards, and other traditional media platforms while adhering to budget constraints.
Maintains daily operations and functioning of paid search platforms.
Monitors and adjusts bidding strategy accordingly.
Communicates project status and deliverables with co‑workers, managers, and staff.
Tracks conversions from paid search through call tracking, GA4, Salesforce, and other data systems.
Ensures consistent and effective branding and messaging in all forms of advertisements.
Does daily, weekly, and monthly optimization of accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and landing pages.
Deploys metrics and data analytics processes to measure campaign effectiveness and assess return on investment.
Compiles and analyzes data to refine paid search marketing strategies.
Decreases non‑optimal spend per channel, marketing, and audience segmentation.
Maintains awareness of industry and competitive intelligence and recommends innovative advertising methods and initiatives.
Operates within set strategy and campaign structure while always pushing to achieve better results.
Researches and strategizes to improve campaigns from ad positions to market placement.
Works on related paid and organic marketing projects as needed.
Identifies media channels and directs the placement of all advertisements and the development of promotional materials.
Understands print, radio, television, and out‑of‑home advertising.
Continuously strives for quality improvement by identifying issues, opportunities, and solutions.
Education / Experience / Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field required.
Two or more years of experience working with Google Ads and Google Analytics with an emphasis on creating, maintaining, and strengthening campaigns.
Two or more years of experience developing ad copy and landing page copy.
Two or more years of experience in complex data analysis, strategy optimization, and Excel.
Two or more years of experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce).
Two or more years of working with agencies on developing, placing, and tracking traditional campaigns.
Goal/Conversion setup within Google AdWords and Analytics.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
Proficiency in tracking: URLs, calls, leads, and webform submissions.
Strong analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies (digital and traditional) is crucial.
Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Licenses / Designations / Certifications Google AdWords and Analytics Certified.
Work Location This position is onsite at the company’s headquarters in Franklin, TN and is not a remote position.
Supervisory Requirements This position is an Individual Contributor.
