Overview
Manager, Marketing & Fan Experience at Inside Higher Ed (University of Denver affiliate). This role develops marketing collateral, drives fan engagement, and partners with sponsorship teams to fulfill agreements while enhancing the collegiate experience.
Location: Denver, CO. Employment type: Staff Full-Time.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and sustain annual integrated marketing plans for the Division of Athletics to increase revenue and engagement, using strategic planning, data-driven decisions, and customer feedback.
Create graphic designs and collateral for marketing and advertising pieces; ensure visual designs align with brand guidelines and drive revenue and fan engagement.
Produce in-event/game entertainment, including script development, promotions, operations, and sponsor-related execution; deliver exceptional fan experiences and drive ticket sales.
Oversee and mentor part-time staff, train for game day and office processes, and manage hours/payroll within budget parameters.
Collaborate with internal teams (ticketing, development, creative services, communications) and external partners to coordinate campaigns across social media, websites, digital signage, and other channels.
Monitor sponsorship and partnership fulfillment while maintaining game integrity and clear internal/external communication.

Qualifications
Required Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years\' experience
Preferred Master\'s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
At least 5 years\' experience
Working Environment
Standard office environment; noise level quiet to moderate
Physical Activities
Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods; occasional mobility on campus with light lifting (up to 20 lbs with assistance)
Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Salary and Benefits The salary grade is 9; the salary range is $58,000–$65,000. The University may pay more or less than the posted range based on qualifications, budget, equity, and market information. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, tuition benefit, and ECO pass.
