Our marketing engine spans digital, affiliate, and retail channels — and we’re looking for a Marketing Performance Operations Lead to help us maximize results, improve data accuracy, and drive measurable ROI across every campaign.

The Role The Marketing Performance Operations Lead will be the analytical and operational backbone of our marketing team — ensuring every dollar spent is tracked, attributed, and optimized. This is a hands‑on role — perfect for a data‑driven problem solver who thrives on performance insights, operational precision, and cross‑team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities Performance Management

Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and cost per unit.

Build and maintain performance dashboards (DOMO, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).

Monitor daily ad spend and campaign performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, PMAX, and affiliate channels.

Support Jose in weekly and monthly reviews with actionable performance summaries.

Operational Excellence

Own marketing data accuracy — from tagging and tracking to dashboard reporting.

Partner with digital agencies and internal PPC teams to standardize reporting and ensure accurate campaign attribution.

Automate repetitive marketing ops tasks and streamline performance reporting workflows.

Maintain alignment across CRM, call tracking, and provider reporting systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Finance to reconcile marketing spend against CPA and payouts.

Partner with Call Center Ops to align inbound call attribution and conversion data.

Collaborate with Product and Retail teams to connect digital performance with retail activity.

Analysis & Optimization

Conduct funnel and cohort analysis to uncover inefficiencies.

Recommend optimizations that directly improve ROI and lower cost per acquisition.

Prepare monthly performance review decks with results, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or performance optimization.

Strong grasp of digital advertising metrics and performance marketing principles.

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and GA4.

Proficient with reporting platforms (DOMO, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent).

Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic SQL preferred).

Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (based on experience)

Performance Bonus: Up to 12% annually (based on ROI improvements, reporting accuracy, and efficiency metrics)

Total On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000–$110,000
