- Support the execution of EDITION's global marketing plan across key brand campaigns, hotel openings, digital/social content, and partnership activations.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring brand voice and visual identity are applied consistently across consumer-facing platforms and marketing initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaign planning with internal and external stakeholders, including PR, Creative, Digital, Continent Marketing, and Agency partners.
- Manage marketing asset development, including creative toolkits, templates, promotional packages, and marketing collateral.
- Support hotel-level programming by coordinating messaging and marketing tools across pre-opening and post-launch phases.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to manage media strategy and ensure campaign goals are aligned with global brand objectives.
- Support EDITION's positioning through the execution of brand events, cultural partnerships, and on-property activations.
- Work closely with the social media and content teams to bring brand stories to life through elevated, authentic storytelling.
- Support editorial and partnership storytelling through creative briefs, content planning, and cross-platform integration.
- Help maintain the brand's digital presence across Marriott.com and EDITIONhotels.com, ensuring content is optimized and up to date.
- Liaise with internal global teams, continent stakeholders, and agencies to manage timelines, deliverables, and marketing rollout plans.
- Lead creative briefing, timeline management, budget tracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Ensure marketing programs are aligned with business objectives, measurable KPIs, and brand integrity.
- Contribute to brand performance tracking through campaign dashboards, insights reporting, and brand scorecards.
- Partner with Global PR and Partnerships to align messaging and activation strategies.
- Support internal education and training tools that reinforce EDITION's marketing strategy and brand values across global regions.
- Assist in managing internal communications, including brand updates, campaign overviews, and internal launch kits.
- Participate in key GM and property marketing meetings to share brand strategy, creative direction, and best practices.
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex projects, and work in a matrixed global organization
- Proven experience in integrated campaign management, partnership activation, and content marketing
- Experience in travel, luxury, or hospitality brands strongly preferred
- Understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital/social media marketing
- Strong visual and written communication skills with a sharp creative eye
- Experience with creative agency management and internal brand governance
- Familiarity with luxury customer insights, consumer behavior, and global marketing trends
- Budget management and performance tracking expertise
- Passionate about luxury, culture, travel, design, and storytelling
