What Youll Do
- Develop and Own SEO Strategy: Architect and lead high-level strategies that drive exponential organic growth across multiple industries.
- Audit & Analyze: Perform deep technical audits, keyword opportunity analyses, and competitor dissections that others overlook.
- Oversee Implementation: Manage on-page, off-page, and technical optimization in collaboration with designers, developers, and content teams.
- Algorithm Mastery: Stay five steps ahead of Googles changes not reactively, but proactively.
- Performance Tracking: Build live dashboards, analyze traffic trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEOs, guide content creators, and oversee link-building and outreach workflows.
- Experiment Relentlessly: Test, iterate, and innovate always pushing for the next 10x result.
What You Bring
- Proven Track Record: 4+ years managing advanced SEO campaigns that delivered real growth (national or multi-location preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site architecture.
- Content & Keyword Strategy: Strong command of topical clustering, semantic SEO, and conversion-focused content planning.
- Analytical Brilliance: Advanced knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO intelligence tools.
- Leadership Mindset: Experience overseeing a small SEO team or managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Obsessive Curiosity: You test, measure, and iterate faster than anyone else.
