How you can make a difference: The Sr. Strategy Marketing Analyst is responsible for using advanced analytics to increase Marketing ROI, strengthen customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance. This role serves as a bridge between Marketing strategy and enterprise data capabilities, applying hands-on SQL, data modeling, and measurement frameworks to deliver actionable insights. Working closely with Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams, the Sr. Strategy Marketing Analyst designs and executes analyses that support segmentation, attribution modeling, A/B testing, pipeline alignment, and customer journey optimization. The role ensures that Marketing has the insights, reporting, and predictive capabilities needed to deploy resources effectively and maximize growth opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
- Translate Marketing hypotheses and business objectives into clear data initiatives, analyses, and measurement plans.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from Databricks, Datacloud, Salesforce, and other sources to support Marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Excel) that track performance marketing metrics, customer journeys, and pipeline health.
- Develop and validate audience segmentation strategies to support personalized, predictive, and prescriptive marketing efforts.
- Implement attribution models to measure marketing impact across channels, campaigns, and journeys.
- Design and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to leverage predictive models for forecasting marketing performance and customer behavior.
- Present findings and insights to marketers and stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of marketing data analyses and models.
- Stay current with marketing analytics best practices, tools, and technologies to improve program measurement and efficiency.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- 7+ years' experience supporting Marketing decision making with reporting and analysis, experience leading a Marketing function directly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, CDP).
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with Python/R a plus.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including ROI measurement and attribution.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and other experimental frameworks.
- Ability to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort collaborating with enterprise data teams while advocating for marketing-specific use cases.
This is a remote position.
