Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist Req ID: 63479 Start Shift: 4x10 Days (40Hrs) Schedule Options: Sun/Mon/Thurs/Fri or Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri Some Weekends Required - Approximately 2 weekend days per month Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS, NBCOT, AK License Skills REQ: Per UD, Acute Rehab Facility Experience Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ: Yes - some weekend requirements - approximately 2 weekend days per month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: No Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes, but strong preference for Alaska license in hand RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included with submittal Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks UNIT INFORMATION Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital Stroke Spinal Cord Injuries Brain Injuries Neurological Disorders Orthopedic Conditions Amputations 10 Bed LTACH/ICU 46 Bed Inpatient Rehabilitation FACILITY INFORMATION Type of Facility: Inpatient Rehab Facility Magnet/Teaching/Level Trauma: Rehabilitation, LTACH/ICU Total Staffed Beds: 56 Scrub Color: Any Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Parking is free
