About You You’re part strategist, part technologist, and part storyteller. You know how to design content systems that scale, but you also love to write. You’re comfortable drafting thought leadership articles or scripting video while designing metadata schemas or publishing workflows. You bring a journalist’s eye and an engineer’s mindset, caring about clarity, structure, voice, discoverability, reusability, and impact. You ask: what’s the story, and how can we scale it?
What skills do I need?
Editorial Expertise : A strong writing portfolio across formats, translating complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
Systems Thinking : Experience building content models, metadata frameworks, or structured content systems.
SEO + AI Awareness : Working knowledge of SEO, AI/ML, and how structured content supports search, personalization, and generative AI ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Ability to partner with SMEs, marketers, designers, and engineers to create both stories and systems.
Creative + Analytical Energy : A mix of editorial judgment and technical curiosity, always looking for new ways to optimize, automate, and elevate.
Key Responsibilities Write and Edit Content : Draft blogs, case studies, white papers, customer stories, video scripts, and other formats that advance Tulip’s brand and thought leadership.
Architect Content Systems : Design modular content models, metadata schemas, and workflows enabling scalable, omnichannel publishing.
Automate Workflows : Build intelligent systems that automate tagging, QA, and refresh cycles, freeing time for high-impact writing.
Optimize for AI and Search : Ensure Tulip’s content is structured and discoverable across Google AI Overviews, generative engines, and traditional search engines.
Embed Proprietary Value : Integrate customer insights, data, and unique perspectives into content pipelines to create assets that can’t be replicated.
Support Integrated Campaigns : Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and corporate marketing to drive engagement across the funnel.
Measure and Improve : Track content performance as well as system efficiency, throughput, cycle time, and refresh velocity.
Hone Tulip’s Voice : Maintain and improve our brand voice for clarity, consistency, and quality across every piece of content.
