Job Description
BridgeTower Media is seeking a motivated, positive, and results-driven Sales Executive (Multimedia) to join our dynamic team within the Home Décor/Window Covering Division. This role combines relationship management with new business development, offering the opportunity to grow an established book of business while driving fresh opportunities in a thriving industry.
Duties + Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals by managing and expanding an existing book of business.
- Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with key accounts while developing new client relationships.
- Strategic Account Management: Manage a national account territory and create a tailored growth plan.
- Prospecting & Planning: Identify new business opportunities, forecast revenue, and plan for long-term success.
- Brand Advocacy: Network, represent, and promote a consistent, positive brand image on behalf of BridgeTower Media.
- Market Insight: Conduct client/competitor research and trend analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Presentations & Proposals: Develop persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight value-driven solutions.
- Operational Execution: Traffic ad content, project manage campaigns, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Balance prospecting, client management, and project execution with a focus on ROI and retention.
Skills + Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven success in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Background in advertising, marketing, or media sales.
- Industry experience in Window Coverings, Home Furnishings, or Interior Design preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising and omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
- Reliable home internet connection (minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down).
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
