Overview

TOV Furniture is seeking a highly visual, design-savvy Art Director, Interior Design & Visual Styling to lead the creative vision behind our styled roomshots, showroom builds, and branded spaces. This role bridges interior design, styling, and digital storytelling, bringing to life the bold, trend-forward world that defines TOV. You’ll collaborate closely with our co-founder to concept and execute spaces that not only look stunning but sell. From ideating seasonal visual directions to planning photoshoots, showroom layouts, and event design moments, you’ll shape how our brand shows up in the real world and online.

What You’ll Do

• Concept and art direct styled roomshots, campaign visuals, and brand photography that reflect TOV’s aesthetic and product priorities.
• Partner directly with our co-founder to translate brand goals into compelling visual stories across interiors, events, and digital channels.
• Design and oversee showroom and trade-show layouts, moodboards, material palettes, and prop sourcing.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to ensure consistency of brand visuals across web, social, and paid media.
• Develop clear visual direction documents and creative briefs for photographers, set designers, and external vendors.
• Assist in creating branded materials (signage, lookbooks, event graphics, packaging visuals) that align with overall brand vision.

Who You Are

• 5+ years experience in interior design, styling, or art direction (furniture or home industry preferred).
• Fluent in Canva and Adobe Photoshop; bonus points for Illustrator, InDesign, or 3D visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, texture, and storytelling within interiors.
• Excellent communicator with impeccable taste and a strong sense of spatial and brand cohesion.
• Confident in collaborating with leadership, managing creative timelines, and working cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with DTC or e-commerce brands is a plus—bonus if you’ve worked on content that drives sales.
• English must be your first language; exceptional writing and communication skills are required.
