Your Future Team
As a Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance Hightower's internal and external communication efforts. You will play a vital role in ensuring consistent and compelling messages across various channels to engage our target audiences and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Implement communication strategies that align with Hightower’s goals and objectives
- Develop plans that encompass various communication channels, including print, digital media, social media, email, and presentations
- Produce high‑quality written and visual content for various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, brochures, and presentations
- Ensure all content is clear, concise, and consistent with Hightower’s brand voice
- Facilitate effective internal communication within Hightower by disseminating important information, updates, and announcements to employees through appropriate channels
- Coordinate and manage external communication efforts, including media relations, public statements, and crisis communications
- Ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials
- Maintain a strong brand image across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and recognition
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and improve communication outcomes
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in communication strategies and technologies
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to ensure cutting‑edge communication approaches are utilized
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Communication Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in creating engaging content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and traditional media
- Strong understanding of brand management and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Experience in media relations, including pitching stories and building relationships with journalists
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
