UniCredit Bank Austria is looking for a dynamic leader to own our brand identity and lead communications that build trust, inspire, and connect.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and elevate our brand identity across markets and channels in close partnership with UniCredit Group
  • Shape and deliver powerful communication strategies that resonate internally and externally
  • Manage creative, media, and PR agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Lead sponsorships to boost our brand presence in culture, sports, and social initiatives
  • Drive visibility and reputation as a trusted leader in finance
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our vision

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strategic thinker with 7 – 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing & corporate communication
  • A skilled storyteller with exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
  • An inspiring leader who can engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienced in managing agencies, budgets, and sponsorships
  • Fluent in German & English, with a global and culturally sensitive outlook

For this position, the expected annual gross salary is EUR 140.000,- (based on 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualifications and professional background, a higher salary is of course possible.
