Responsibilities Are you a pro at bringing apartments and people together? Do you always go the extra mile? Are you a motivated team player? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Community Manager at Townhomes of Bent Tree, a 264‑unit townhome community. What you'll be doing Be the first point of contact with potential residents, managing initial visits, phone calls, and follow‑up communications—delivering a WOW experience by responding quickly and building strong relationships. Keep a pulse on market trends to anticipate future occupancy needs and share insights with leadership. Manage all aspects of the leasing process for new residents, ensuring accurate completion of documents/applications and timely updates. Own and manage company community groups across social media channels. Speak for our clients and elevate popular requests to internal teams. Oversee accounts payable/receivable , ensuring security deposits and rents are collected on time and following procedures for delinquent accounts. Prepare reporting and budget worksheets —including property financials on a weekly and monthly basis. Compensation US$75,000‑82,000 per year plus annual performance‑based bonus. Qualifications At least 3 years experience as an on‑site manager at a property of 200+ units; strong customer experience focus. Certified Apartment Manager, Accredited Apartment Manager, or ARM preferred (not required). Proficiency reading financial performance and budget worksheets. Strong curiosity and eagerness to find better solutions. Excellent communication skills—clear expression and active listening. Ability to identify solution opportunities and address root causes. Extremely reliable and accountable for deliverables. Experience with Yardi, Ariba, Hubble or similar software. Demonstrated leadership and employee‑management skills.
