Job Type: Full‑Time • Pay: Up to $22/hr

What You’ll Do
- Perform unit inspections.
- Assist with move‑out documentation.
- Walk vacant units.
- Enter data into the system and track maintenance work orders.
- Process all accounts payable documentation.
- Prepare and distribute various community notices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year as a residential property manager, with HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3+ years in a general manager position with exceptional people‑leadership and process‑management experience.
- Education: High school diploma or associate’s degree is a plus. Knowledge of COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – an opportunity to obtain an associate’s degree will be provided.
- Dependability: Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

- Operational Excellence: Deadline‑driven with a keen eye for detail, compliance and quality.
- Technically Savvy: Excellent computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
