About Neuralink

We are creating devices that enable a bi‑directional interface with the brain. These devices allow us to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize how humans interact with their digital world.

Team Description

Neuralink’s Special Operations group serves as a cross‑functional thought and execution partner that provides operational support to solve problems at the company that otherwise have no clear owner. The team performs research and analysis to inform business decisions, coordinates internal and external communications, and manages projects to ensure delivery across time‑sensitive and long‑term initiatives on the company’s critical path.

  • Actively track significant events and put plans in place to capture supporting content
  • Produce and shoot both video and photos with some post‑production editing
  • Conceptualize and develop graphics and copy to accompany the release of video and photo assets
  • Interface directly with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, clinical) to identify priority projects and ensure the most innovative and effective creative elements are captured
  • Provide clear communication of project statuses to relevant stakeholders
  • Create, organize, and archive assets
  • Clean and maintain camera gear and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video and still camera operation, lighting, direction, production coordination, and post‑production
  • Experience using video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Proven ability to identify the most compelling aspects of a story and find new storytelling opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, yet also collaborate across all areas of the company to ensure the highest quality videos and photos
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate with or manage external videography, photography, or event production teams
  • Knowledge of technical production basics for webcasts
  • Understanding of archival sciences and an interest in growing the company’s photo and video archival system
  • Ability to work quickly while upholding a high standard of excellence
