We’re building the future of AI-powered creativity — and we need someone who knows how to bring creators along for the ride. As our Creator Community Manager for North America & Europe, you’ll shape and grow Kling AI’s creator ecosystem across video, image, and next‑gen AIGC content.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow the creator ecosystem: design and launch programs that attract, inspire, and retain top AIGC creators; build and manage creator communities; discover & support top creators through contests, collaborations, incubation programs; partner with film, music, and entertainment industries to expand reach and credibility.
• Drive content creation and visibility: run creative challenges, co‑creation campaigns, trend‑driven activations; curate standout creator content and amplify it across platforms; stay ahead of content trends, turning insights into creative briefs, campaign ideas, community inspiration; work closely with the product team to convey creator needs and propose feature improvements.
• Measure, learn, and optimize: track creator growth metrics and campaign performance; produce ecosystem and competitor reports to guide strategy for the Western creator community.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in creator community, user operations, content platforms, or community management.
• Deep understanding of global creator culture – ideally with study or work experience in North America or Europe.
• Native in English and Chinese; capable of crafting and executing creative campaigns independently.
• Strong project management, community‑building, and creative ideation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset – comfortable turning numbers into strategy.
• Passion for AI creativity and emerging tech; you live and breathe the creator world.
