What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategy and offerings across a diverse portfolio of brands and industries.
  • Drive best practices, measurement frameworks, and ROI benchmarks to ensure influencer activations deliver meaningful business results.
  • Partner closely with account leads to integrate Digital Innovation Center of Excellence (DICE) offerings into workstreams and larger, integrated campaigns.
  • Mentor a growing Strategy team, embedding influencer expertise at the core of their development and elevating starpower’s strategic capabilities.
  • Lead the development and execution of data‑driven influencer marketing strategies for starpower clients.
  • Advise starpower account teams on day‑to‑day influencer and celebrity campaigns from vetting, contracting to content briefing, partner deliverables and reporting.
  • Contribute to larger integrated marketing campaigns by counseling leads on influencer activation strategy to enhance relevance and impact.
  • Lead paid strategy development for influencer activation.
  • Identify opportunities for experiential and real‑world activations/events that deepen influencer engagement or generate content for clients.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with account leads and DICE leads to ensure influencer workstreams are integrated and seamless.
  • Collaborate with starpower partners including talent agencies, managers, and influencer (and social) platforms to cultivate deeper relationships.
  • Manage expectations with DICE senior leadership; present results, roadmap and strategic recommendations.

Measurement & Insights

  • Establish campaign KPIs and benchmarks; manage report template optimization based on performance and platform updates.
  • Analyze client results to inform recommendations for optimization and future campaigns.
  • Support the rollout of dashboards and frameworks to bring transparency and consistency to influencer performance reporting for starpower clients.
  • Mentor and guide high‑performing DCOE team members on influencer best practices, campaign execution, and client management.
  • Stay current on emerging platforms, trends, best practices as well as FTC and SAG guidelines/requirements and assigned client standards.
  • Develop and manage trend reporting and share across starpower internally and with clients.
  • Facilitate training and internal education of influencer best practices and efficient ways of working.

What You Should Have

  • 8+ years of client service and talent procurement experience.
  • Proven track record in influencer marketing, including strategy, measurement, and integration.
  • Deep understanding of pop culture and entertainment trends.
  • Strong relationships with talent agencies, managers, and publicists.
  • Experience negotiating talent deals and managing campaign budgets.
  • Familiarity with FTC guidelines and SAG requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including deck creation and client presentations.

Pay Range

$95,000 - $150,000
