We’re growing fast and looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who understands music culture, creator communities, and how to spark viral moments on TikTok and beyond.

⚡️Main Areas of Responsibility

1. Influencer Marketing

  • Design and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns to drive viral awareness and organic installs.

  • Partner with creators to produce native, music-driven TikToks that showcase GRAI’s remixing features.

  • Handle full-cycle influencer management: outreach, negotiation, contracting, creative briefing, and tracking.

  • Analyze performance, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and scale what works.

  • Build and maintain repeatable systems for ongoing influencer collaborations (CRM, templates, reporting dashboards).

2. Creator Ambassador Program

  • Identify and onboard top-performing creators from influencer campaigns into a long-term ambassador pool.

  • Manage creator relationships, coordinate content collaborations, and foster loyalty within the GRAI creator community.

  • Provide creative guidance so influencer content stays on-brand and culturally relevant.

  • Help shape GRAI’s voice within the music and creator ecosystem.

💥Key Traits and Experience

  • U.S.-based (LA preferred) - plugged into the U.S. creator and music scenes.

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, short-form content, and Gen Z creator culture.

  • Hands-on experience managing influencer or brand campaigns (bonus: consumer apps, music, or GenAI).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Creative, analytical, and self-driven — comfortable experimenting with new campaign formats.

Bonus Points

  • Connections to emerging TikTok musicians, producers, or creative influencers.

  • Experience working with music or AI-driven brands.

  • Proficiency in influencer tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Modash, CreatorIQ).
