The e‑commerce industry has seen tremendous growth and TikTok is building a premier commerce channel for merchants, creators, and affiliates. This role is part of the Partner & Integrations team, designing tools and APIs that connect creators, publishers, and affiliate networks to our TikTok Shop platform.

About the Team

The TikTok Shop Affiliate team builds the tools that enable performance‑driven partnerships. Work ranges from creator onboarding, product discovery, commission and payout systems, analytics, and integrations with instructor and influencer apps.

About the Role

You will own the end‑to‑end product strategy for our affiliate ecosystem, collaborating with creators, content publishers, impact networks, and influencer marketing apps. This hands‑on role combines data analysis, ops, and API development.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market insights and trends in the e‑commerce and affiliate ecosystem.
• Work closely with publishers, partner websites, blogs, deal & coupon sites, loyalty platforms, and creator apps to ensure their success on TikTok Shop.
• Drive partner optimization by diving into data and operations for the affiliate program.
• Own the design & development of APIs that allow seamless integration with TikTok Shop’s affiliate platform.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of product‑management experience.
• Proficiency in API design and development.
• Comfort with SQL, data analysis, and technical details.
• Strong cross‑team communication skills and ability to translate business needs into product opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of e‑commerce, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $141,588 – $234,080.
• Eligibility for discretionary bonuses, restricted stock units, and other incentives.
