About the Role

This is an active, flexible, on-the-go position where every day looks different. You’ll visit homes, interact with realtors and homeowners, and represent a growing local brand with professionalism and friendliness.

You’ll Get To

• Capture property photos (no editing – just shoot & upload)
• Learn drone and video capture with hands‑on coaching
• Manage your schedule efficiently between locations
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality results using a proven workflow
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
• Adapt gracefully to weather or schedule changes

Pay & Perks

• Paid training: $25 per hour
• Base rate: $32.50 per unit (~1 hour on‑site)
• Drone certified: $35 per unit
• Video approved: $37.50 per unit
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.30 per mile
• All professional gear provided
• Ongoing mentorship to help you reach advanced pay tiers quickly

Schedule & Flexibility

• ~15 hrs/week in winter, up to 30 hrs/week in summer
• Shoots typically between 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon‑Fri
• Choose full days, mornings, or afternoons
• Minimum 10 hrs/week availability to start
