Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Public Relations Analyst - Level 3 (Principal) or Level 4 (Senior Principal) located in Redondo Beach, CA or Azusa, CA. The selected candidate MUST sit in California on site with potential hybrid telework and travel.

Your Role
- Report to the Communications Manager as the Business Communications Lead supporting the Multi Domain Operating Unit and join a broader team focused on business, internal, crisis and executive communications, editorial content generation, and public affairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic, omni-channel marketing and brand awareness campaigns for diverse audiences (commercial and government).
- Develop and execute audience-specific content and programs for use by multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and oversee advertising and public relations activities, including event planning and execution, in partnership with sector and corporate communications teams.
- Draft and review communications for effectiveness and consistency.
- Write, edit and lead the design of promotional materials, conference papers, social media posts, speeches, proposals and case studies.
- Assist in planning and execution of internal and external leadership communications activities.
- Provide detailed campaign performance reporting.
- Coordinate with sector and corporate communications and business development teams to ensure activities align with goals and strategies.

Basic Qualifications
Level 3 (Principal)
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years
Level 4 (Senior Principal)
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 6+ years
Additional Basic Qualifications for both levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Experience with Associated Press style
- Outstanding writing skills
- Top-notch presentation and speaking skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- An active Secret, TS or TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with audience analysis, segmentation and targeting
- Experience with content performance measurement and analysis
- Experience providing communications support for classified programs
- Aerospace and Defense experience
