US Investment-Grade Private Credit Reporter Job at Bloomberg in New York
Bloomberg, New York, NY, United States, 10261
US Investment-Grade Private Credit Reporter
Bloomberg News is looking for a New York-based reporter to help expand its coverage of investment-grade private credit. You will be responsible for breaking news on an opaque corner of Wall Street, delivering scoops on US privately-placed debt deals in a market used by brands including Meta Platforms, Chanel, Mars, The Vanguard Group, and FC Barcelona.
Borrowers in this market seek alternative financing options to fund initiatives without the need for credit ratings or more stringent disclosures required for publicly issued bonds. The successful candidate will preferably have experience covering capital markets, a solid track record of delivering scoops on their beat, and a good understanding of corporate capital structures. Applicants with a broad base of contacts across the financial services industry—particularly in private credit—are preferred.
You’ll find opportunities to tell the market’s most important stories across Bloomberg’s platforms, including Bloomberg TV and Radio, and podcasts.
