About the Position

The Studio Manager will oversee all studio functionality, including Sales, Operations, and Member Services. Member Support Specialists report directly to the Studio Manager, who reports to the District Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process and schedule prospects into free introductory classes.
• Drive membership sales and other revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training, teacher training).
• Manage staff scheduling and develop Member Support Specialists in sales.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and product availability.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and compliance with Club Pilates policies.
• Collect outstanding dues and manage customer service decisions.
• Plan and participate in networking and community events; promote studio marketing campaigns.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Confidence in generating personal sales and training staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the leadership team.
• Manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to a fast‑changing, diverse environment.
• A passion for fitness and strong writing/grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management and prioritization.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail oriented.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.
• Willingness to grow and learn.
