Please note: Employees who are employed in the Student Assistant classification are limited to working no more than 129 hours per month.
LEO requires students to be enrolled in at least six credit hours each term. Summer attendance is not required. At the end of each semester, verification of course completion/grades may be obtained.
This is an in‑person position only; no hybrid or remote option available.
The Student Assistant for the Braille and Talking Book Library supports the activities of the recording studio by listening to and editing audio recordings, working closely with volunteer narrators, and narrating Michigan‑related books and magazines.
