Kforce is seeking a UX Designer to join our major telecommunications client in Greenwood Village, CO. This role supports multiple pod teams focused on evolving digital self‑service experiences for millions of customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- UX Designer will lead and contribute to UX design initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Translate complex business and technical needs into intuitive user experiences
- Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma, leveraging and extending the design system
- Balance UX strategy with visual UI design for cohesive, user‑centered outcomes
- As a UX Designer, you will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine solutions
- Maintain design integrity while adapting to shifting priorities and feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7+ years of UX design experience, preferably in a large corporate or enterprise environment
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Business Analysts, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and UX strategy
- Demonstrated experience working within and extending a design system
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
- Skilled in creating user flows, information architecture, and interaction design artifacts
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for documentation and presentations
- Strong communication and presentation skills – able to articulate design rationale to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
- Strong problem‑solving mindset – capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex situations
- Comfortable working in Agile or iterative environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements
- Proven ability to plan and execute end‑to‑end UX design – from discovery and research through wireframes, flows, and prototypes
- Ability to apply and adapt UX patterns to ensure consistency across large‑scale platforms
- Ability to balance visual UI details with broader experience design strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and impact (required for consideration)

Pay Range
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
