Requirements
- 5+ years of directly relevant multimedia experience with frequent, high‑level technical and time‑critical needs in visual marketing, media, and public information service areas.
- Experience with advanced video content management or digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Technical expertise in video production and proficiency in producing content optimized for major social platforms (Facebook, IG, X, etc.).
- Demonstrated proficiency in ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (Section 508 and WCAG).
- Experience in delivering projects with specific results and deadlines.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Eligible for T3 Public Trust.
Duties
- Support client media efforts by producing high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content that promotes the client’s mission across digital platforms.
- Plan and create broadcast‑quality video messages, testimonials, public‑awareness videos, and news videos.
- Develop content and story concepts using creative storytelling principles to engage target audiences.
- Write scripts, develop storyboards, and create shot lists for video productions.
- Identify and arrange interviews with necessary subjects.
- Coordinate consent forms and image/voice releases for non‑government individuals appearing in video.
- Manage licensing for procured and copyrighted images and video segments, ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensure documentation for the use of procured B‑roll and audio is provided.
- Perform all post‑production tasks—including audiovisual editing, color correction, seamless transitions, sound design, mixing, visual effects, and titles/motion graphics—to meet high‑quality standards.
- Ensure all video products include closed captions and provide SRT files for full accessibility across platforms.
- Confirm all final video products comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Deliver final, fully accessible products in the agreed‑upon format (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube features).
