Role Overview
Prime Video is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will drive our mission of becoming the premier destination for live sports and entertainment. In this role, you will develop and scale marketing programs for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime Members add subscriptions such as Paramount+, HBO Max, STARZ, and more. You will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that shape how customers discover and engage with live event and sports content on Prime Video Channels.
Key Job Responsibilities
Implement high‑visibility marketing campaigns for Prime Video Channels’ sports and live event content.
Define target campaign audiences, identify effective marketing placements, and analyze success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Inspect live campaigns to ensure they meet a high performance bar, including on evenings and weekends for key live events.
Create scalable mechanisms to gather stakeholder feedback and alignment.
Collaborate with Marketers, Creative Producers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance, and Business Leaders to improve the reach and resonance of campaigns and advocate for an improved sports and live event customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across various channels.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
Experience balancing high‑level strategic thinking and detail‑oriented execution.
Experience working independently and autonomously.
Experience working in an ambiguous environment.
Passion for live events, sports, and the entertainment industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
