Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Entry Writer located in Avenel, NJ. The Entry Writer will be responsible for preparing and processing import documentation according to customs regulations, coordinating shipments with carriers and overseas agents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant import laws and regulations. The role will also involve maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients to provide updates on shipment statuses, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation
• Experience in preparing and processing import and export documentation
• Proficiency in coordinating shipments with carriers and overseas agents
• Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
