Overview
We are a team-focused organization seeking a Service Writer to manage quoting, communications, and service-related documentation to support our customers and internal teams.
Essential Functions
- Email account manager, technician, and service with customer-approved quote attached
- Enter quote data in Quote Log database
- Generate off-lease quotes and send to customers for approval (CC: PSSR)
- Monitor quote database to identify quotes that are 3 days late and take appropriate action
- Send "Open" quotes to customers as a reminder of jobs not yet accepted or rejected
- Monitor quote database for quotes that are expired (30 days) and resend expiring quotes to customers and account managers
- Review quoting metrics with account managers and service/operation managers
- Run reports and update Finalized Billed Amount in database
- Participate in meetings with PSSR/Account Managers to discuss quote performance and improvements
- Create and submit quotes for customer jobs as they come in
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in service environment, with focus on customer service/support highly preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
