Hanson Consulting Group is seeking anexperienced Sr Front-End Developer (React, UX& Accessibility) to join our team supporting our client, a leadingtechnology company in the gaming industry that provides Xbox Game Creator Toolsand services, including PlayFab Game Manager, which allows developers to build,manage, and deliver games across multiple platforms.

Inthis role, you will focus on accessibility and responsive design across supportchannels, while enhancing internal tools and systems that enable developers toconfigure, monitor, and manage their games using PlayFab Game Manager and otherGame Creator services.

Theindividual in this role must be willing to work Pacific Time hours to alignwith our client and team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop, implement andmaintain user interfaces by helping build responsive, accessible, andhigh-performance UIs using React and/or modern JavaScript
• Collaborate closely withdesigners and across teams to translate design mockups and wireframes intofunctional consistent components
• Design reusable and scalableReact component architectures, focusing on performance
• Optimize front-endperformance through lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient renderingstrategies in React applications
• Ensure applications are fullyresponsive across various devices and screen sizes
• Implement accessibility bestpractices like WACG 2.0 to ensure compliance standards are met
• Utilize React's statemanagement to manage data flow and UI state effectively
• Write unit tests andintegration tests to maintain code quality
• Address bugs and supportapplications built using Angular JS
• Perform backend support forsystems/tools as requested

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Secondary education degree(Bachiller Universitario or Licenciado degree)
• Front End: 8 – 10 + years ofTypeScript/JavaScript and a modern framework (React preferred)
• Back End: 3+ years ofexperience with C#/.NET for APIs, background jobs, and data management
• Deep knowledge of Reactecosystem, hooks, functional components, and best practices
• Familiarity and experienceimplementing CSS frameworks
• Proficient in Git or similarcode repository for source control, including branching strategies andpull request workflows
• Context API, Redux, or Recoil
• Knowledge and experienceusing bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel, and deployment pipelines forReact apps
• Backend services familiaritywith cloud providers like Azure, AWS or GCP. Familiarity with AI codingtools
• Familiarity with CI/CDpipelines
• Experience working incross-functional teams using tools like Figma and SharePoint fordocumentation and ADO for bug/task management
• Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative and works wellwithin a team
• Be able to work in anambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to workwith large-scale U.S. enterprises
