  • Maintain and work down tech-debt backlogs with engineering leads while protecting roadmap outcomes.

Cross-Team Orchestration

  • Map and manage dependencies across Data Engineering, DevOps, DBAs, Web developers; align on the team’s goals and roadmap commitments.
  • Facilitate design/discovery sessions, unblocking teams by driving decisions and trade-offs with data.
  • Regularly partner and workshop with CT&S Production teammates (other Technical Producers and Game Producers) to improve work systems and increase efficiency through upholding guiding principles and standardization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate status, risks, and decisions crisply to engineers, product partners, and leadership; set expectations and drive alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working with teams delivering solutions in the cloud (preferably AWS), understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), APIs/Services, fundamentals of Data Platform (Redshift, Databricks or similar) and Data Engineering.
  • Deep proficiency with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, JQL) and Confluence; familiarity with Git-based workflows.
  • Excellent facilitation, written/verbal communication, and stakeholder influence; proactive issue-spotting and follow-through; servant-leader mindset with high ownership.

What success looks like:
